1. Contract Conclusion & Booking
Purpose: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all passenger transport services with chauffeur provided by the company ONES PRESTIGE. Any service order implies the client’s unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
Booking: Bookings can be made by phone, e-mail, or via the website form. The contract is considered concluded upon receipt by the client of the booking confirmation issued by ONES PRESTIGE. This confirmation may be subject to the payment of a deposit or full payment according to the conditions defined in the quote.
2. Rates and Services
Rates are indicated in euros (€) and inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). They are firm at the time of the order.
- Transfers: The price is fixed in advance as a flat rate for the journey defined in the quote.
- Hourly / As-Directed: Pricing is hourly or daily, with included mileage defined contractually.
Any additional service requested by the client (unplanned waiting time, detour, change of itinerary) will be billed as an extra at the current rate.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Cash. Payment must be effective no later than the time of pick-up, unless special conditions are granted to corporate accounts.
Late payment: Any late payment will automatically result in the application of late penalties equal to three times the current legal interest rate, as well as a flat-rate compensation for recovery costs of €40 for professionals.
4. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (e-mail) or by phone.
Fee Schedule:
• More than 48 hours prior: Free cancellation (full refund).
• Between 48h and 24h prior: 50% of the service amount is due.
• Less than 24 hours prior: 100% of the service amount is due.
• No-Show: 100% of the amount is billed.
5. Execution, Delays, and Force Majeure
Client Delay & Grace Period:
– Airports: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time included after landing.
– Train Stations / Hotels: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
Beyond that, waiting time will be billed according to the current rate.
Force Majeure: ONES PRESTIGE cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution or delay due to a case of force majeure (strikes, demonstrations, extreme weather conditions, major traffic accidents).
6. On-board Conduct and Safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory for all passengers.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the interior of the vehicle (stains, tears) by themselves or their companions. Restoration and cleaning costs will be fully billed to the client.
7. Applicable Law and Disputes
These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the Competent Courts of Paris.
